Returns and Exchanges


We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. If you are unsure if an item fits your vehicle please inquire before purchasing.   Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
  • Custom or Special orders
  • Automotive Repair Manuals
  • Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, Relays, Air Mass meters, etc)

Products purchased through ProValue Parts and under warranty may be returned following these steps:

  1. Contact a ProValue Parts sales representative via email or call 407-930-9110 to obtain a RMA number.
  2. ProValue Parts will fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. You will then need to place it in the box with the item(s) being returned.
  3. Return the authorized item(s) per shipping instructions.
  4. Our Returns Department will process your request.

Shipping Instructions:

  1. Be sure to obtain a RMA number and clearly mark the outside of the box(s). 
  2. Ship only the items that are authorized.
  3. ProValue Parts will send you the information on which one of our warehouses to return the item(s). DO NOT SHIP to 311 SPECIALTY POINT, SANFORD, FL 32771. This location does NOT accept returns. If you do ship to this address, you will be charged for the extra shipping and the item(s) will be returned back to you. No exceptions.

All returns must be in the original packaging, include all pieces, and tags attached. Refunds will be processed using the same method as the payment was made. ***Items installed are ineligible for return*** We must be able to see all returns as New. ProValue Parts will not accept returns without a RMA number.

ProValue Parts warranty is for 1 year. We will only accept items that are defective or damaged. 

Restocking Fee:

***For returns due to no fault of the seller, a 25 or $10.95 (whichever is greater) Restocking Fee will be applied***

Customers outside the USA must email us pictures of the item(s) that you want to return prior to shipping

Core Returns
If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please submit your request through

Please note:

  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.
We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please request an RMA ( Return Merchandise Autorization ) form at  within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process. We'll then contact you via email with further instructions on filing your claim.

We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.
